The Observer Effect
A new multimedia digital art installation at the Boynton Yards lab building in Massachusetts uses five Planar® MGP Series LED video walls with custom acrylic lenses positioned over parts of the displays to represent patterns found in nature and viewed through laboratory instruments. As viewers move and look at the artwork from different angles, the lenses work to amplify, distort and deconstruct the visuals.
