Description

The Magewell USB Capture HDMI Plus is a compact single-channel HDMI video/audio capture device with a built-in scaler. It allows you to capture from devices such as game consoles in up to DCI 4K resolution, and it automatically upscales/downscales the signal to 2K for recording or streaming. It also offers a loop-through HDMI port for local monitoring.

The USB Capture HDMI Plus is compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux. It works plug-and-play and can be operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • 297 MHz HDMI receiver
  • Support for up to 4096 x 2160 4:4:4/4:2:2 input at 30 fps or 4:2:0 at 60 fps input signals
  • For 4:2:0 input signals, the horizontal and vertical resolution are reduced to 1/2 for capturing
  • For 4:4:4/4:2:2 input at more than 170 MHz, the horizontal resolution is reduced to 1/2 for capturing
  • Adaptive HDMI equalizer support for cables lengths up to 98 ft
  • Customized EDID support
  • Support for extraction of AVI/Audio/SPD/MS/VS/ACP/ISRC1/ISRC2/Gamut InfoFrames
  • Full colorimetry support
  • Support for 2 channel ISC60958 audio streams
  • Support for extraction of audio formation information and channel status data, video timing information, 3D format information
  • Support for Side-by-Side Half, Top-and-Bottom, and Frame Packing 3D modes
